This is a long and complicated story that spans 20 odd years.
2023 was probably the most dramatic with a gas leak that wasn’t reported resulting in a prohibtion notice and eventually the surrender of the lease to me. The first six months of that year were spent ripping out defunct fast food equipment, dealing with rat poo oh so much rat poo and the discovery of floor to ceiling Art Nouveau tiles, when buildings give you presents..
The story is on going but a lot more positive at the moment. In order to preserve this original Art Nouveau tiles, I needed to find some very special tenants and to this day I still don’t quite know how I managed this, thanks go to Radical Roasters and Ruby Hue for helping me find my new tenants, check out their website and have a look at what they’ve done.
